•Provide day-to-day guidance/coaching to Research Assistants and Rating Analysts to build capability in credit, data discipline, tooling, and values-led behaviors.
•Lead end-to-end execution for assigned credits, ensuring high-quality analysis and timely delivery with clear accountability.
•Own surveillance/updates for an assigned portfolio, synthesizing performance, market signals, and peer context into decision-useful insights.
•Support AI-enabled productivity by creating reusable assets, proposing lightweight automations, and embedding LLM/agent workflows with structured validation.
•Ensure adherence to methodology, confidentiality, and data governance; escalate issues early and contribute to governed AI use and automation guardrails.

•Experience in affordable housing finance, such as loan underwriting, portfolio management, real estate development, or capital raising.
•Familiarity with affordable housing policies, financing structures, and funding programs (including low-income housing tax credits, housing choice vouchers/Section 8, and mortgage revenue bond programs).
•A solid foundation in financial statement analysis.
•Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; a master’s degree or professional certification such as CFA is highly valued.
