Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a trusted advisor to senior professionals, providing sound and commercial HC guidance.
  • •Own HC disciplines within assigned business coverage including onboarding, employee relations, training and development, succession planning, and talent mapping.
  • •Conceive, design, and execute leadership development programs based on organizational needs and external perspective.
  • •Triage employee relations situations with professionalism and handle training/coaching initiatives as needed.
  • •Partner with global HC teams to deliver seamless employee experiences and build external relationships for talent best practices and benchmarking.

Key Requirements

  • •MBA in Human Resources or a relevant area (preferred).
  • •2-5 years of progressive HC business partner (HCBP) experience in financial services (high growth preferred).
  • •Matrix experience navigating across the organization.
  • •Strong analytical and quantitative orientation with proficiency in Excel.
  • •Strong communication, interpersonal, and execution skills, including ability to consult and build relationships with senior leaders.
