Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and perform valuation and fair value analysis across Treasury instruments, including interest rate swaps, foreign exchange derivatives, debt, investments, and other non-derivative instruments.
  • •Review and analyze derivative and non-derivative valuations, assessing valuation drivers and the reasonableness and accuracy of pricing outputs.
  • •Lead accounting and controllership support for Treasury initiatives and transactions, including debt, investments, derivatives, hedging activities, and other financing transactions.
  • •Ensure compliance with hedge accounting requirements under ASC 815, including designation/documentation, effectiveness assessments, and measurement/reporting of hedge results.
  • •Support automation and process transformation by improving valuation processes, efficiency, scalability, data quality, and control effectiveness, and partner with auditors/audit functions to provide documentation and support.

Key Requirements

  • •5-8 years’ experience in Audit, Accounting, or Finance.
  • •Intermediate understanding of accounting, valuation and reporting related to derivatives, investments, debt and cash.
  • •Valuations experience across derivative and non-derivative products.
  • •Basic understanding of US GAAP; knowledge of ASC 815, 820, or 830 required.
  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
