Job Summary

Drive proactive safety culture and compliance for complex Oil & Gas and remediation projects. Conduct Health and Safety Plan (HASP) reviews, support hazard identification and risk assessments during project development, and lead pre-field kickoff alignment on safety procedures. Partner with project managers, engineers, and field teams to integrate safety into execution, monitor OSHA and EPA requirements, maintain safety documentation, and analyze incidents to recommend corrective actions.

•Perform comprehensive HASP reviews to ensure regulatory compliance and mitigate project-specific risks.
•Support project planning with hazard identification, risk assessments, and control selection.
•Lead or support pre-field kickoff meetings to align on safety expectations, procedures, and mitigation strategies.
•Partner with project managers, engineers, and field personnel to integrate safety into execution strategies.
•Monitor local, state, and federal safety regulations and develop safety documentation, procedures, and incident corrective actions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 86,000 - 110,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related discipline and 4+ years of relevant safety, health, and environment experience for Oil & Gas or remediation projects (or demonstrated equivalency).
•Qualified applicants must pass client-specific background and drug & alcohol screening.
•8+ years of experience supporting Safety, Health, and Environment functions for Oil & Gas and remediation projects.
•Professional certifications such as CSP, CIH, or CHST.
•Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, EPA guidelines, and industry best practices.
