Key Responsibilities

•Provide technical direction and architectural guidance for ServiceNow implementations across multiple modules.
•Lead complex ServiceNow projects including upgrades, integrations, and custom application development.
•Oversee CMDB strategy, data governance, and accuracy initiatives to ensure reliable IT asset visibility.
•Manage, mentor, and develop a team of ServiceNow administrators, developers, and analysts, including performance reviews and workload distribution.
•Ensure SLA compliance and lead incident response and problem resolution for platform issues, coordinating with vendors and ServiceNow support as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 120,000 - 150,650 annually

Key Requirements

•High school with 9+ years (or commensurate experience).
•TS/SCI clearance.
•DOD 8140 IAT II certification (Security+ CE, CCNA-Security, CySA+, CND).
•Experience with ServiceNow modules including ITSM (Incident/Problem/Change/Service Catalog), CMDB (CI relationships/data integrity), Performance Analytics/Reporting, CSM, SIR, and the ServiceNow platform.
•Proficiency in ServiceNow development and integrations (JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer/Workflow, REST/SOAP), including SDLC, plus HTML/CSS/UI customization and ServiceNow data modeling.
