Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead new product bring-up from R&D into mass production, improving yield, lowering manufacturing costs, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • •Develop and implement electrical and RF test strategies to validate and characterize new products prior to manufacturing release.
  • •Partner with R&D early to anticipate manufacturing issues and define manufacturing risk assessments (e.g., PFMEA) for stable ramp-up.
  • •Investigate test data using statistical tools and Six Sigma methodologies to troubleshoot bottlenecks and optimize reliability.
  • •Connect design, test data, and manufacturing process insights to continuously improve product performance and manufacturability.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Electronics Engineering or a related discipline.
  • •Minimum 4-8 years of industry experience, with strong RF Test Development, Product Characterization, or Product Engineering background.
  • •Ability to read and interpret electronic circuit schematics and strong working knowledge of RF components.
  • •Proficiency with engineering and data analysis tools, including ADS, JMP, and Python.
  • •Demonstrated statistical analysis and data science expertise; Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt) preferred.
