Job Summary

Join a 12-month LEAD (Leadership Exploration and Development) program to develop future leaders within Bank Operations. Rotate through business units, analyze operational issues, propose and support solutions with cross-functional teams, and learn banking risks, stakeholders, and customer needs. Track and report operational metrics, investigate discrepancies, and help onboard/train new team members. Hybrid schedule with at least two days per week on site.

•Rotate through diverse Bank Operations business units and work with leadership on initiatives to build leadership skills and expand banking knowledge.
•Analyze operational issues and opportunities, present solutions, and support implementation with cross-functional teams.
•Develop a working knowledge of Bank Operations lines of business, including customers, risks, stakeholders, and contribution to the bank’s bottom line.
•Gather and report operational metrics, investigate discrepancies, and support resolution with guidance.
•Conduct onboarding and training of new team members in conjunction with team leaders.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in a business or related field required, or a bachelor’s degree in a non-business field and equivalent combination of experience.
•Basic knowledge of banking regulations pertinent to various areas as assigned.
•Proficiency using internal systems, data sources, and institutional knowledge to resolve discrepancies and support continuous process improvement.
•Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Visio, Excel, and Outlook.
•Strong communication and organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities and resolve conflicts constructively.
