Job Summary

Lead DP World’s organisation effectiveness agenda by designing and implementing organisation effectiveness frameworks, governance, and interventions. Own enterprise strategic workforce planning, including demand/supply forecasting, scenario modelling, workforce analytics, and predictive risk insights. Drive organisation design and operating model transformation, workforce cost optimisation, and productivity programmes. Establish global job architecture, catalogue governance, and organisation data integrity, while leading and developing an engaged team and advising senior leaders.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the enterprise organisation effectiveness strategy, including frameworks, governance, and evidence-based interventions.
•Oversee strategic workforce planning and workforce analytics, covering forecasting, scenario modelling, benchmarking, and predictive risk mitigation.
•Drive organisation design and operating model transformation initiatives, including shared services, automation, centralisation, and process optimisation.
•Lead workforce cost optimisation and workforce productivity programmes through metrics, governance, modelling, and actionable efficiency recommendations.
•Own global job architecture and catalogue governance, ensuring standards, alignment with total rewards, and organisation data integrity while managing the team.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Business, Consulting, OD, Human Resources, or a related background.
•10 to 15 years of organisation design and workforce planning experience in a multinational environment.
•Proven experience designing and implementing complex, multi-jurisdictional job human capital programmes.
•Advanced Excel skills and very strong analytical skills, with accuracy under time constraints.
•Ability to lead and manage an engaged team and advise senior leaders on organisation design and transformation initiatives.
