M&A and Accounting Policy Manager

Serve as the primary accounting resource across Coinbase’s M&A and investment lifecycle, from financial due diligence and purchase accounting to post-close integration. Lead due diligence activities, own end-to-end purchase accounting under ASC 805, and drive investment accounting under ASC 321/323/810. Evolve accounting policies through technical memos, partner cross-functionally (Legal, Tax, FP&A, Controllership, Corporate Development), and deliver original disclosures for 10-Q and 10-K filings while ensuring SOX controls operate effectively.
