The Asset Protection Partner safeguards Sephora’s assets and supports a safe, inclusive environment for clients and employees. They spend most of their time on the selling floor to deter theft and assist customers, partner with store leadership on shrink reduction and safety initiatives, monitor store activity using CCTV, handle incidents professionally, and perform audits and reporting to ensure compliance across locations.
