Key Responsibilities

  • •Expertize in the Kafka ecosystem, identify improvement areas and define a roadmap to make Kafka more feature-rich, robust and supportable for enterprise-grade distribution
  • •Extend monitoring and management capabilities of the platform to make Kafka easy to adopt and operate
  • •Modify and update software after delivery to fix errors and improve performance
  • •Develop and maintain automated test framework, tools, and processes
  • •Integrate with other components of the stack (e.g., Flink, NiFi) and develop large-scale streaming platforms for on-premise, private/public cloud and hybrid environments
