Key Responsibilities

  • •Train and be well versed with Crew Manager (CM) system for Crew Tracking; update and manage crew rosters daily; verify CM alerts related to ANR, rest, operational and flight recency, and take prompt actions to rectify alerts.
  • •Update rosters due to medical leave and standby activation; monitor open pairings/COPs and ensure all SQ flights depart with full crew through proper management of standby resources; report minus crew reasons for all SQ flights.
  • •Execute Load Based Variable Manning based on passenger loads and specific aircraft types; create COP for standby activation and SNY COP for training crew; monitor crew complement for VVIP and certain chartered flights; book tickets for positioning crew.
  • •Submit daily APIS, APP and CTA to relevant Authorities at overseas stations and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements; resolve crewing problems from ad hoc delays, diversions, AOG, and aircraft changes; ensure FDP and FTL compliance and adherence to Collective Agreement.
  • •Attend to crew requests (medical leave, off-days, annual leave, compassionate leave, CSR day, recency-based requests); handle crew resignations and deassignment of flight duties and training courses; assist IT system enhancements in Control Centre and support Crisis Management when needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Possess a diploma in any discipline.
  • •Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • •Able to work independently and efficiently in a fast paced and challenging environment by dealing with operational exigencies.
  • •Control Centre Operations; 12 hours shift requirements (0800-2000 and 2000-0800).
  • •Familiarity with Crew Manager (CM) system for Crew Tracking.
