Key Responsibilities

  • •Accountable for personal and co-worker safety and promoting a safe work environment.
  • •Provide daily planning for work by creating equipment task lists, backlog/grouped orders, and equipment-focused job plans that meet process-unit timing requirements.
  • •Develop and assemble I/E repair work packages and improvement projects, including job instructions, required crafts, tools, and third-party service readiness.
  • •Ensure compliance with Maintenance and Operations Workflow Process (MOWP), and that PHA findings, action items, and safety work orders are planned and released on schedule; ensure MOCs are authorized prior to releasing jobs.
  • •Perform planning validation through field job walks, support off-hours emergency maintenance issues, and complete monthly Planned vs Actual Cost/Hours reviews.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED required.
  • •Minimum 5 years of experience as an instrument/electrical/analyzer maintenance technician in a petrochemical or refining environment.
  • •Demonstrated proficiency in SAP PM, including work order planning, task list development, BOM maintenance, and labor estimating.
  • •Strong computer skills in SAP, Windows applications, and email.
  • •Working knowledge of maintenance planning best practices, backlog management, and work management processes.
