Job Function: Administration & Executive Assistance

Key Responsibilities

•Make autonomous architecture decisions and produce technical architecture decision records without external validation.
•Negotiate and integrate solutions with infrastructure, application security, and product teams in multidisciplinary settings.
•Manage technical service levels for uptime, alarms, vulnerabilities, operational guides, and incident readiness.
•Integrate generative AI and agentic systems into the architecture while ensuring security, scalability, and quality.
•Create and present long-term technical planning to senior leadership, with clear priorities and technical debt vision.

Key Requirements

•Proven backend development experience using Java or Go, including implementing critical changes and setting technical foundations.
•Experience designing distributed architectures, resilience patterns, and large-scale event-driven systems processing.
•Hands-on production reliability ownership: run crisis rooms, perform incident analysis, and manage service-level objectives.
•Experience applying secure software development lifecycle methodologies and performing threat modeling for your own products.
•Knowledge of security/detection platforms in AI ecosystems, agentic architectures, and risk vectors.
