Job Summary

Design and deliver AI/ML solutions for customers using Snowflake’s Data Cloud, moving data science pipelines from ideation through deployment. Build and deploy ML pipelines and hands-on GenAI/ML POCs using SQL, Python, and APIs, while coordinating with customer teams and system integrators. Act as a Snowflake technical expert for AI/ML workloads, guide troubleshooting, and ensure knowledge transfer so customers can extend Snowflake capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as a technical expert for Snowflake AI/ML workloads, advising on architecture and best practices.
•Build, deploy, and support ML pipelines using Snowflake features and/or Snowflake partner tools based on customer requirements.
•Create hands-on SQL/Python/API POCs demonstrating implementation techniques for GenAI and ML on Snowflake.
•Work with system integrator consultants and provide guidance to resolve customer-specific technical challenges.
•Enable customer teams through knowledge transfer and collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing to improve Snowflake products.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•Minimum 10 years of experience working with customers in a pre-sales or post-sales technical role.
•Strong understanding of the end-to-end Data Science lifecycle, including feature engineering, model development, deployment, and model management.
•Strong MLOps knowledge, including deploying and monitoring models.
•Experience with at least one public cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and at least one data science tool (SageMaker, AzureML, Vertex, Dataiku, DataRobot, H2O, or Jupyter Notebooks).
•Hands-on scripting experience with SQL and at least one of Python, R, Java, or Scala, plus libraries such as Pandas, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or SciKit-Learn.
