Job Summary

Own the Coupa platform strategy for indirect procurement and support invoice processing within Zalando’s Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes. Key Responsibilities

•Own the Coupa platform strategy for indirect procurement, aligning with global finance and compliance requirements.
•Architect Coupa–S/4HANA financial integrations, mapping WBS and PSP elements for downstream accounting.
•Design the technical framework for cXML/API supplier integrations, including automated onboarding and enterprise catalog management.
•Lead change management initiatives and strategic supplier enablement campaigns.
•Assess new Coupa release features and determine their architectural impact on the business landscape.

Key Requirements

•5-8+ years in Source-to-Pay (S2P) technologies with at least 4+ years of dedicated Coupa architecture and integration experience.
•Strong English language skills for an international environment.
•Bachelor’s degree in IT, Finance, or equivalent experience.
•Experience architecting complex financial integrations between Coupa and S/4HANA, including mapping WBS and PSP elements.
•Coupa Platform Certification is strongly preferred.
