Job Summary

Lead front-line operations at the Warrick facility, driving safe work practices and incident prevention while setting and executing production priorities aligned to business objectives. Coach and mentor crew members, counsel employees, and recommend improvement plans. Provide technical guidance to production, maintenance, planning, quality, and engineering teams, including troubleshooting, process improvement, and increased productivity. Own EHS performance and complete required administrative crew-leader duties.
