Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead projects and workstreams across design, procurement, construction, furniture installation, workplace transition, and close-out.
  • •Coordinate delivery of retail, commercial, and corporate office fit-out projects including tenant improvements, workplace modernization, office relocations, and occupied-space renovations.
  • •Set up and run project meetings, record minutes, track action items, and drive deliverables to completion.
  • •Ensure governance compliance, document controls, reporting processes, and maintain project budgets, forecasts, schedules, and change order controls.
  • •Manage procurement and contracts: tendering, evaluation, recommendations, quotations, purchase orders, service agreements, and coordinate close-out documentation and site visits.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 6 years of experience as a Project Manager managing or supervising construction and fit-out projects.
  • •Experience delivering retail, commercial, and/or corporate office fit-out projects.
  • •Experience with workplace projects including tenant improvements, office relocations, workplace modernization, and occupied-space renovations.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
  • •PMP certification is highly desirable and you can coordinate multiple stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and vendors client-facing.
