Lead store operations and support the store leadership team to deliver an exceptional customer experience. You’ll coach and develop associates, model selling behaviors, and help achieve sales and profitability goals by monitoring KPIs. Partnering with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager, you’ll ensure merchandising and store standards, maintain inventory and loss prevention practices, support training and onboarding, and foster an inclusive store environment.
