Key Responsibilities

•Manage your own portfolio of clients and ensure tasks are completed timely and to a high standard
•Attend regular APAC Global Benefits Consultants meetings to discuss responsibilities and progress
•Monitor and renew employee benefits policies; track client and plan data in internal systems
•Prepare initial drafts of Pre-Renewal Strategy and Stewardship reports; update internal trackers
•Contribute to process documentation, participate in improvement projects, and coach junior colleagues

Key Requirements

•MS Office proficiency with intermediate Excel
•Experience in employee benefits is a plus
•Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
•Excellent communication and client-focused skills
•Ability to manage own workload and meet deadlines
