Key Responsibilities

  • •Architect and build AI Agent systems.
  • •Develop the backend for TikTok’s proprietary CRM platform.
  • •Build enterprise-grade solutions at global scale for millions of customers and billions in revenue.
  • •Create a globalized CRM system with high performance and availability across multiple regions.
  • •Collaborate with Product, Operations, Sales, and Data Science to apply AI capabilities to measurable growth outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • •Currently pursuing a BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related discipline.
  • •Hands-on experience with AI Agents and Multi-Agent workflows (autonomous task execution, agent collaboration).
  • •Familiarity with engineering patterns such as MCP (Model Context Protocol), RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and Code Embedding.
  • •Experience with big data components including Spark, OLAP engines and Flink is a plus.
  • •Experience with backend and data systems such as Elastic Search, key/value stores (Redis, Memcached), message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, RocketMQ), and relational databases (MySQL, Postgres) is preferred.
