Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide day-to-day floor support for continuous improvement and productivity improvements.
  • •Collect and analyze 5S, productivity, and other manufacturing data to improve safety, productivity, 5S, and cost.
  • •Implement solutions and assist with action items assigned to the OPEX function, working with manufacturing and engineering teams.
  • •Implement visual controls across the facility, including marking floors, labeling, shadow boards, and information boards.
  • •Lead kaizen events and support training documentation for lean tools and product line materials.

Key Requirements
