Property & Development Lead

Lead the delivery of a property, development, and estates agenda across the UK & Ireland, supporting both equity and franchise partners. Own three connected workstreams—development and acquisition, estates management, and facilities management—to build an integrated property function. Identify and progress development opportunities aligned to growth strategy, negotiate site deals, manage leases and portfolio performance, and ensure maintenance and PPM compliance while partnering with cross-functional teams and franchisees.
