Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a portfolio of diverse technology projects and a team of developers to build distributed microservices and full-stack systems for regulatory needs.
  • •Collaborate with GRC teams and partners across the company to build and deploy proprietary risk management solutions powered by AI.
  • •Partner with digital product managers to deliver robust cloud-based solutions and improved customer experiences.
  • •Experiment with and learn new technologies, participate in internal and external technology communities, and mentor other members of the engineering community.

Salary: USD 197,300 - 225,100 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree.
  • •At least 4 years of experience in software engineering (internship experience does not apply).
  • •At least 1 year of experience with cloud computing (AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud).
  • •7+ years of experience in at least one of: JavaScript, Java, Node.JS, TypeScript, SQL, Python, or Go.
  • •1+ years of people management experience.
