Own the end-to-end production and publication of sustainability-related disclosures, continuously improve the reporting strategy and operating model, and coordinate cross-functional delivery under tight deadlines. Support verification and assurance activities, monitor evolving ESG regulation and best practices, and engage with regulators, auditors, and industry bodies.

Key Responsibilities

•Ensure compliance with relevant ESG regulations and standards, including CSRD, EU Taxonomy, and Pillar 3 ESG disclosures.
•Oversee end-to-end production and publication of ESG disclosures, including the sustainability report and ESG regulatory submissions.
•Define and continuously improve the ESG reporting strategy, framework, and operating model for Continental Europe.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders (Finance, Compliance, Corporate Sustainability, Risk, Legal, HR, Communications) to deliver under tight deadlines.
•Strengthen ESG data and reporting processes, support verification and assurance activities, and engage with external stakeholders such as regulators and auditors.

Key Requirements

•Master’s degree in finance, sustainable finance, economics, or a related field.
•Significant experience in ESG reporting and/or financial reporting within banking or financial services.
•Strong knowledge of ESG regulations, disclosure requirements, and reporting frameworks.
•Demonstrated leadership managing cross-functional teams and delivering complex, time-critical programmes.
•Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with fluency in English and French (written and spoken).
