Job Summary

Join the EMEA Customer Readiness Testing team to deliver post-sales network security testing for Fortinet products in customer-like production environments. You will set up testing systems, define and execute test cases, and write Topologies, Test Plans, and Methods of Procedures. Configure traffic generators (FortiTester/Spirent/Ixia), investigate technical issues, document results for customer reports, and coordinate with R&D to resolve product problems.

Key Responsibilities

•Implement customer projects by testing Fortinet products deployed in production environments following CRT processes.
•Write project documents (Topologies, Test Plan, Methods of Procedures) and provide technical architecture diagrams when required.
•Provision and configure the System Under Test and traffic generators (FortiTester/Spirent/Ixia) to reproduce customer environments and traffic.
•Define and execute test cases and document test results in reports delivered at the end of CRT campaigns.
•Investigate issues involving Fortinet products and follow up with R&D departments to resolve product problems; administer traffic generators and improve CRT knowledge bases.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in network security in a technical support or QA role.
•Advanced understanding of data networking protocols, specifically TCP/IP, routing and switching.
•Strong knowledge of application and security testing tools for physical network infrastructure (Spirent and/or Ixia).
•Experience with security products including firewalls, IPsec, IDS/IPS, Anti-Spam, and AV.
•Advanced English (written and spoken) with very good presentation and technical documentation skills.
