Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement customer projects by testing Fortinet products deployed in production environments following CRT processes.
  • •Write project documents (Topologies, Test Plan, Methods of Procedures) and provide technical architecture diagrams when required.
  • •Provision and configure the System Under Test and traffic generators (FortiTester/Spirent/Ixia) to reproduce customer environments and traffic.
  • •Define and execute test cases and document test results in reports delivered at the end of CRT campaigns.
  • •Investigate issues involving Fortinet products and follow up with R&D departments to resolve product problems; administer traffic generators and improve CRT knowledge bases.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in network security in a technical support or QA role.
  • •Advanced understanding of data networking protocols, specifically TCP/IP, routing and switching.
  • •Strong knowledge of application and security testing tools for physical network infrastructure (Spirent and/or Ixia).
  • •Experience with security products including firewalls, IPsec, IDS/IPS, Anti-Spam, and AV.
  • •Advanced English (written and spoken) with very good presentation and technical documentation skills.
