Provide a welcoming, knowledgeable in-store experience by engaging customers, listening to their needs, and offering styling guidance that creates complete looks. Drive sales through brand storytelling and strong product knowledge across categories, while maintaining operational excellence including stockroom organization and POS transactions. Work collaboratively as part of a retail team, give and receive feedback, and support a seamless checkout experience. Schedule requires flexibility including nights and weekends.
