Supervisor

Lead retail store performance by supporting the management team in delivering KPIs and identifying profit opportunities. Set and drive daily and weekly sales targets, monitor performance through reports, and help ensure excellent customer service with a strong 1-2-1 experience. Oversee key store operations including stock, payroll, admin, and rota, while inspiring and developing the Stylists through training, coaching, and product knowledge.
