•Manage a team of lawyers supporting the Claims organization, including coverage advice and the management of declaratory judgment actions and claims-related litigation.
•Lead efforts to identify and implement new solutions, optimizing workflows for efficiency and scalability within the Litigation and Investigations team.
•Track division performance with KPIs and provide periodic reports to the Senior Director of Litigation.
•Collaborate with underwriting and product teams to drive business results and minimize risks to insurance products.
•Mentor and develop a high-performing team of lawyers, and lead high-level transformational projects and change management.

Salary: USD 159,900 - 280,850 annually

Key Requirements

•Juris Doctor from a recognized, accredited law school.
•7+ years of experience managing litigation, preferably at an insurance company.
•Experience with evaluating and managing risk and liability on claims-related litigation.
•Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with keen attention to detail.
•Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving capabilities.
