Key Responsibilities

•Lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes for Surface Radars and Sensors Center
•Deliver insightful financial analysis and variance reports to Surface Radar and Sensors Center Lead to aid in strategic decision-making
•Collaborate with Center Lead, Department Lead, and Section Leads to align financial goals with business objectives
•Monitor OH Spending and provide recommendations to improve financial performance
•Ensure compliance with RTX financial policies, procedures, and reporting standards

Salary: USD 107,500 - 204,500 annually

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a Bachelor’s and a minimum of 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years experience

•Experience in aerospace and defense industry or large multinational corporation
•Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence outcomes
