Key Responsibilities

•Own vulnerability management, dependency security, threat modeling, security code reviews, and remediation of penetration test findings.
•Strengthen AWS security posture, IAM/SSO, endpoint security, threat detection, and incident response capabilities.
•Design and implement security controls for AI-powered products and workflows, including protections against prompt injection and data leakage.
•Build safeguards for PHI and sensitive data in LLM-powered systems while maintaining compliance.
•Partner with Engineering and IT to deliver scalable security solutions that support product velocity and business growth.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 170,000 - 190,000 annually

Key Requirements

•2+ years of Security Engineering experience with depth in application or infrastructure/cloud security
•Strong AWS and cloud security expertise including IAM, SSO, SAML, SCIM, and network security
•Hands-on software engineering experience with production code in Ruby and/or TypeScript (Python a plus)
•Experience implementing technical controls in regulated environments (HIPAA, SOC 2, HITRUST, PCI)
•Demonstrated fluency with AI/LLM-powered tools and AI security concepts (prompt injection, PHI handling)
