Job Summary

Build, scale, and manage TikTok Shop’s Logistics Service Provider (LSP) network across the United States. Serve as an operator and strategic advisor to LSP owners through onboarding, launch, growth, performance management, and long-term sustainability. Drive daily network performance (safety, delivery quality, productivity, and KPIs), ensure compliance with transportation standards, and improve financial health through routing, capacity, staffing, and cost controls. Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, safety, compliance, finance, and tech teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the full LSP lifecycle from onboarding and launch through scaling and ongoing performance improvement, partnering with LSP owners on operational planning and strategy.
•Oversee daily network performance across KPIs including delivery success rate, productivity, driver quality, routing adherence, safety, and customer-related metrics.
•Ensure compliance with TikTok transportation standards by partnering with Safety, Compliance, Legal, and Fleet teams and leading investigations into failures.
•Improve financial health and sustainability with business modeling, workforce planning, routing efficiency, and cost controls to strengthen fleet investment decisions.
•Plan capacity and peaks with ramp-up strategies and multi-week pipelines, and drive adoption of delivery tools, routing systems, dispatch platforms, and performance dashboards.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
•5+ years of experience in transportation operations, LSP management, fleet/driver operations, or high-volume logistics environments.
•Experience managing account portfolios or multiple business partners simultaneously.
•Strong analytical skills to identify performance drivers and lead structured deep dives.
•Knowledge of operational compliance, safety programs, and routing/dispatch systems, with frequent travel to LSP sites.
