Join the Commerce ops team to support TikTok Shop sellers through mass account incubation. You’ll own seller communication and channel management, troubleshoot and escalate seller issues, and provide seller education. Partner with small and medium-sized sellers to improve e-commerce performance, drive campaign engagement, and scale incubation programs. Conduct deep dives on seller segments and root causes to inform product and process improvements.

•Identify programmatic and scalable methods to achieve incubation goals at large scale and manage solution rollouts.
