Job Summary

Oversee electrical projects within MEP operations, ensuring compliance with electrical codes and standards while optimizing system performance. Key Responsibilities

•Lead planning and execution of electrical projects within MEP operations, defining scope, objectives, and deliverables in line with client and organizational requirements.
•Provide technical expertise for electrical system design and ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations while optimizing performance and efficiency.
•Develop project budgets, monitor expenditures, and manage cost-effective procurement to maintain project profitability.
•Lead and mentor project teams and act as the primary client point of contact, providing progress updates and resolving issues to ensure satisfaction.
•Implement quality assurance inspections, develop and manage project schedules, administer contracts and change orders, maintain project documentation, and support HSE initiatives.

Key Requirements

•In-depth knowledge of electrical engineering principles, codes, and standards applicable to MEP projects.
•Proficiency in project management methods including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
•Ability to design, install, and troubleshoot electrical systems with hands-on experience in complex electrical projects.
•Strong leadership skills to lead and mentor project teams and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
•ERP knowledge, preferably SAP functional skills, is required.
