Key Responsibilities

  • •Co-create AI adoption roadmaps with customers and articulate a clear path to value.
  • •Deeply understand customer domains and business processes to prioritize the most impactful use cases.
  • •Frame deployments with executives and SMEs by defining success metrics and guardrails.
  • •Oversee implementation with product, solutions engineering, and account teams to ensure integration and usability.
  • •Drive change management by designing onboarding, training users, monitoring adoption, and closing feedback loops; quantify ROI and scale successful use cases.
