Key Responsibilities

•Co-create AI adoption roadmaps with customers and articulate a clear path to value.
•Deeply understand customer domains and business processes to prioritize the most impactful use cases.
•Frame deployments with executives and SMEs by defining success metrics and guardrails.
•Oversee implementation with product, solutions engineering, and account teams to ensure integration and usability.
•Drive change management by designing onboarding, training users, monitoring adoption, and closing feedback loops; quantify ROI and scale successful use cases.
