Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop quarterly regional marketing calendars aligned with national strategy and local nuances.
  • •Manage the regional marketing budget, perform monthly reconciliations, and ensure vendor onboarding and payments per procurement policy.
  • •Track Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) and analyze ROI to ensure high-impact spending.
  • •Ensure local brand/identity implementation across branches, ATMs, and signage; identify and manage local media buying opportunities.
  • •Plan and execute market activations, provide sales enablement collateral, monitor competitor moves, and gather customer feedback during activations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • •4–6 years of progressive marketing experience, ideally in Financial Services, FMCG, or Telecommunications.
  • •Ability to analyze market data and performance metrics to derive actionable insights.
  • •Proven experience planning and executing large-scale events and marketing activations end-to-end.
  • •Strong vendor management and negotiation skills to secure optimal contract terms.
