Job Summary

Partner with HR competency centers to develop and continuously improve HR processes and tools. Drive organizational development and change initiatives within assigned business areas, and design talent management processes. Conduct individual coaching and mediation, collaborate closely with the works council, and lead special projects. Bring 5–6 years of HR experience with strong knowledge of German labor law and excellent English and German communication skills.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, or equivalent with a focus on HR.
•At least 5–6 years of professional experience in HR and P&O Business Partnering, including hands-on experience in operational HR processes.
•Sound knowledge of German labor law and personnel management.
•Professional, confident presence with internal and external stakeholders.
•Negotiation-level English and excellent German (written and spoken).
