Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide 7-day engineering oversight of forward planning and disruption recovery activities.
  • •Strategically align maintenance tasks with port capabilities, hangar availability, and engineering constraints.
  • •Work upstream to reduce the volume of aircraft swaps driven by maintenance requirements.
  • •Collaborate with Strategic Maintenance Planning to determine season maintenance and ground time requirements and support continuous improvement.
  • •Lead operational change requests and partner with Line Planning, Maintenance Watch, Fleet Planning, and JOCC teams to align on operational changes using tools like Movement Manager and MIS (Trax).

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 2 years’ experience in aircraft planning or an airline operations role.
  • •Strong understanding of maintenance planning tools and port capabilities.
  • •Exceptional communication and influencing skills to interface across Engineering, Maintenance, Networks and Operations stakeholders.
  • •Confident working under pressure, solving problems with limited information.
  • •Willingness to work rotating 12-hour day shift, 4 days on/4 days off roster.
