Provide timely, accurate client transaction processing while delivering a high-quality customer experience. Educate clients on digital self-service options such as ATMs, Online and Mobile banking. Support the retail team’s sales efforts through outbound calling, identifying client needs and offers, and referring clients to specialists when appropriate. Serve as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution, while adhering to internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies.
