Drive consultative, best-in-class client solutions for Amazon advertisers within TikTok’s Global Agency & Accounts team. Key Responsibilities

•Partner with Brand Partnerships Managers and the Team Lead to manage and grow relationships with advertisers.
•Develop and implement measurement solutions and reporting for performance campaigns and custom programs/sponsorships.
•Manage inventory booking and presale pipeline, reporting, and opportunity accuracy in the CRM.
•Recommend optimization strategies and monitor execution to exceed KPIs and advance learning agendas.
•Identify and present product usage insights using aggregated data to drive incremental revenue growth via upsell conversations.

Key Requirements

•4+ years of experience in account management/media services roles in digital marketing or ad tech.
•Excellent communication and collaboration across multiple businesses, cross-functional teams, and geographies.
•Strong project management skills, including running status meetings and managing action items in a fast-paced environment.
•Track record of supporting revenue goals.
•Ability to analyze datasets and identify insights using Ads Manager platform and Brand Lift Studies.
