Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the end-to-end design and configuration of the Workday Compensation architecture, including grade profiles, eligibility rules, and range/benchmarking data for mid-year and annual rewards cycles.
  • •Lead technical readiness for cycle open, close, and hypercare, partnering with Total Rewards, People Operations, and Finance to keep compensation data accurate and cycles on schedule.
  • •Serve as the subject matter expert on Workday compensation touchpoints across Talent, Performance, and Reporting, troubleshooting complex configuration and integration issues.
  • •Translate business requirements into scalable Workday solutions and identify opportunities to reduce manual, error-prone processes.
  • •Maintain data integrity and compliance across the compensation architecture through regular audits, testing, and documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •5-7 years of work experience in HRIS implementation and configuration with deep expertise in Workday Advanced Compensation and its integration points across Core HCM, Talent, Performance, and Reporting.
  • •Experience owning compensation cycle execution (e.g., merit, bonus, equity) for a global organization, including data loads, comp statements, and range/benchmarking data management.
  • •BA/BS degree in a quantitative or business field, or equivalent work experience.
  • •Comfort working through complex, ambiguous problems while managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
