Job Summary

Design and analyze Pizza Hut’s global compensation programs, including market pricing/benchmarking, salary structures, pay ranges, and compensation models. Partner with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and business leaders to deliver market-informed recommendations for hiring, promotions, and organizational changes. Support annual compensation and executive compensation activities, and coordinate day-to-day administration of the global mobility program. Build dashboards and translate analytics into practical insights.

Key Responsibilities

•Conduct market pricing and benchmarking using external compensation surveys and market data, and analyze compensation competitiveness.
•Develop and maintain global salary structures, pay ranges, and compensation models aligned with compensation philosophy.
•Support job architecture administration and evolution, including evaluating and leveling positions using established methodologies.
•Assist with annual compensation processes (merit planning and incentive programs), including compensation modeling, data validation, reporting, and system testing.
•Coordinate day-to-day global mobility administration and maintain mobility records, reporting, and documentation, while building dashboards and insights for HR and business leaders.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 80,300 - 94,300 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field preferred.
•3+ years of experience in compensation, Total Rewards, HR analytics, or a related field.
•Experience supporting compensation benchmarking, market pricing, salary structure development, or compensation design.
•Experience working within a global organization preferred.
•Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis, modeling, and reporting.
