Job Summary

Oversee IV&V activities for a government engagement by reviewing solution-vendor deliverables and providing written feedback to agency decision-makers. Facilitate IQMS deliverables (risk assessments, quality planning, quality control reviews, and periodic status reports), coordinate quality control reviews across major project documents, assess project schedule feasibility, and prepare monthly IQMS findings for stakeholder teams and executive steering committees.

Key Responsibilities

•Participate in meetings and review solution-vendor deliverables, providing written recommendations to agency decision-makers.
•Facilitate IQMS deliverables and work products including risk assessments, quality planning, quality control reviews, and periodic status reports.
•Coordinate and perform quality control reviews of vendor deliverables (e.g., project management plan, requirements validation, system design, testing, user/training, implementation and rollout, and business continuity/disaster recovery plans).
•Assess and make recommendations on the management and technical aspects of project implementations, including evaluating schedule feasibility.
•Prepare and present monthly IQMS reports and findings to stakeholders, including state project management teams and executive steering committees.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 15 years work experience.
•Minimum 8 years of project management experience.
•Minimum 5 years IV&V/IQMS experience.
•3+ years using MS Project.
•Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) and PMP certification.
