Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct always-on competitive intelligence, monitoring competitors’ products, pricing, marketing campaigns, and emerging platforms/features.
  • •Publish regular competitive intelligence reports and rapid-response analyses for Sales and Customer Success, including recommendations for differentiation.
  • •Maintain battlecards, comparison pages, and talking points as the competitive source of truth for customer-facing teams.
  • •Support live competitive deals by helping set deal strategy and arming reps with proof points.
  • •Manage analyst relations by coordinating briefings and submissions, tracking analyst report cycles, and bringing analyst insights back to Product and Marketing.

Key Requirements
