Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the Owner’s Representative, leading and overseeing piping supervisor activities across construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and handover phases.
  • •Ensure contractor compliance with project HSES requirements, site regulations, permit-to-work systems, and client procedures.
  • •Supervise piping construction activities to ensure compliance with Approved for Construction (AFC) drawings, specifications, ITPs, procedures, and site instructions.
  • •Monitor safety, quality, progress, and productivity; coordinate with contractor supervision, planning engineers, and Construction Engineers to execute daily and weekly work plans.
  • •Review resource availability (drawings, materials, equipment, tools, workforce), monitor contractor performance and timekeeping, escalate concerns, and support problem-solving and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Ability to work lawfully in Thailand with full working rights for this location, including passing a Thai Police Check and pre-employment medical (drug and alcohol screen).
  • •10+ years of industry experience, including proven experience as a Piping Supervisor on EPCM projects in refinery, petrochemical, oil & gas, energy, or heavy industrial sectors.
  • •Demonstrated experience supervising piping fabrication, erection, and construction activities on refinery, petrochemical, oil & gas, or heavy industrial projects.
  • •Proven capability managing contractors and delivering safe, effective construction execution, including HSES leadership expectations.
  • •Strong HSES knowledge, including experience preparing Method Statements, Job Safety Analyses (JSA), and Risk Assessments (and ideally being a registered Safety Officer at Supervisor Level).
