Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and develop a high-performing team responsible for introducing new products to market with emphasis on manufacturability, reliability, efficiency, and quality.
  • •Provide technical leadership and foster cross-functional collaboration among engineering, supply chain, quality, and manufacturing teams; engage with customers on requirements and field quality escalations.
  • •Develop and optimize manufacturing processes, implement DFM principles, and drive continuous improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability.
  • •Conduct root cause analysis of quality and process issues at contract manufacturers or vendors and develop effective solutions.
  • •Oversee NPI from prototyping through full-scale production, manage PLM lifecycles (Agile/Propel), and coordinate with supply chain and procurement to optimize material flow and inventory.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 175,000 - 200,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related manufacturing discipline.
  • •Minimum 5 years of experience as a Mechanical NPI Engineer with DFM for data center products.
  • •1-3 years of experience in scaled manufacturing and liquid cooling thermal solutions (cold plates, fittings, tubing, leak detection, CDUs, AALCs).
  • •Strong background with PLM systems (Agile, Propel) and ECO/MCO/DEV/PCN processes.
  • •Exceptional leadership, mentoring, problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration, and communication skills.
