Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the full lifecycle of projects from handoff through closeout, including scope, sequencing, and deliverables.
  • •Align field operations, schedules, and budgets to ensure successful execution and drive decisions that keep projects moving.
  • •Manage project budgets, forecasts, job cost reporting, production, margins, and monthly financial reporting.
  • •Lead planning and coordination, including 2-week and 6-week lookahead planning with superintendents and coordination of manpower, equipment, materials, and subcontractors.
  • •Serve as primary point of contact for clients and contractors, manage contracts/change documentation (RFIs, submittals, change management), and oversee final billing, retention, and turnover closeout.

Key Requirements
