Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and own the engineering delivery strategy, roadmap, and execution approach aligned with project constraints and global standards.
  • •Break down project scope into work packages, allocate resources/budgets/timelines, and proactively manage risks and opportunities.
  • •Monitor delivery progress using data-driven KPIs and adjust to stay on schedule, cost, and quality targets.
  • •Ensure technical compliance by verifying that hardware/software designs meet functional requirements and specifications.
  • •Lead and mentor cross-functional teams and act as the primary technical interface to translate challenges into clear action plans while managing financial and risk health.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering (Electronics/Telecommunications preferred).
  • •7+ years in technical project management or multi-disciplinary engineering leadership.
  • •Ability to deliver complex, high-stakes projects in defense, aerospace, or security sectors.
  • •Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, system/software architecture, and IVVQ (Integration, Verification, Validation, Qualification).
  • •Fluent English (mandatory); French/Dutch (strong plus).
