Job Summary

Own program delivery for Experiential Technology accounts by coordinating communications between client, partners, and internal AVI-SPL stakeholders across the sales, project, and service lifecycle. Lead both strategic oversight and tactical execution to staff essential roles and achieve KPI targets. Manage customer relationships, SLAs, risks/escalations, and financial accountability, while recruiting and ensuring smooth transition from project completion to service ownership.

Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate and communicate between key client/partner and internal AVI-SPL stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction across the program lifecycle.
•Provide oversight and leadership to ensure essential roles are properly staffed and KPI metrics are achieved.
•Serve as direct liaison/primary communications owner for deployments, SLAs, service tickets, risks, and escalations.
•Manage financial accountability for the account and drive additional KPI metrics.
•Oversee recruiting, interviewing, hiring, training, and staffing for account roles and support transition to service ownership.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 83,000 - 125,000 annually

•Strong technical aptitude and familiarity with Broadcast, Audio/Visual, Collaboration, and Meeting space technologies.
