Key Responsibilities

  • •Review and validate third-party deliverables for chemical processing setups, including chemical systems, valve manifold layouts, point-of-use delivery, process flow diagrams, and system layouts.
  • •Coordinate with internal customers, construction teams, external design firms, contractors, and vendors to integrate chemical systems with facility utilities, process tools, exhaust systems, and life safety requirements.
  • •Perform technical evaluations, quality assurance reviews, and risk assessments to resolve issues related to safety, compliance, constructability, system performance, and design alignment.
  • •Support construction and field execution by responding to RFIs, reviewing submittals, participating in field coordination, and supporting inspections.
  • •Support commissioning, testing, equipment validation, system startup, and ongoing health monitoring using diagnostic tools and performance data to support operational readiness.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • •Demonstrated ability in chemical engineering, facilities engineering, construction engineering, or industrial system build support.
  • •Experience reviewing engineering work such as P&IDs, equipment specifications, system layouts, 3D models, and construction documentation.
  • •Knowledge of chemical delivery system design, hazardous chemical handling, material compatibility, pressure control, flow requirements, and leak integrity.
  • •Ability to work 100% on-site at the project location, with occasional travel to project sites, vendor facilities, or design offices as needed.
